"The Destroy Oh Boy camp are back again to push the very boundaries of breaks and bass with the release of the ‘Destroy Oh Boy Presents... Vol 2’ EP, which features five heavyweight jungle and breakcore cuts from the most cutting edge production talent out there.

We are first introduced to SUM’s pitch black slice of amen choppage, ‘TRUE DARK’ which delivers a potent blend of dread filled bass drones and ominous movie dialogue set to a ruff and rugged, jungle backdrop.

Up next RONIN drops some aggressive, footwork meets breakcore futurism with ‘FOLDING DEVICE’, which hits you right off the bat with a flurry of fragmented breaks, pounding bass thuds and twisted acid riffs to ramp up the tension.

WAYNE LONESOME & ERIK E introduces us to their hardcore/dancehall fusion, ‘TECHNO MELODY’ which expertly blents together rudebwoy, ragga chatting over a hard-as-nails kickdrum and snare combination that’s guaranteed to get heads a nodding.

DR COLOSSUS revisits his jungle-breakcore from the first Destroy Oh Boy vinyl, ‘DESTROY DEM SOUNDBOY’ to deliver a punishing VIP mix with ‘nuff micro breakbeat edits, wall-shaking bass riffs and gruff, ragga vocalisms, to create a precision crafted, melting pot of controlled chaos.

Rounding off the collection we are presented with THE ARTBREAKER’s sublime, yet equally as fierce ‘29TH’ with it’s intricately layered breaks and soothing opening intro which soon evolve into a thundering maelstrom of tearing amens and pummelling Reese bass notes.
